We arelooking for a number of experienced Sales Executive to join our team at our HQin Warrington. We are happyto welcome the right candidates who demonstrate the above traits and ifsuccessful will receive a commitment of ongoing training and personaldevelopment, both through our own inhouse academy and also our trainingpartners in leading academic institutions such as MIT, Harvard and INSEAD.About the role: As a Sales Executive your objective is to achieve acombination of KPI and revenue-based targets. You will be expected to achieveon a consistent and ongoing basis. Your daily plan will include, prospectidentification, validating the correct decision maker, appointment setting andquality control.
Your day-to-day duties as a Sales Executive will include:
Manage your own pipeline of leads and prospect potentialclients to qualified appointments
Building rapport and using effective questioning to identifybusiness needs
Make contact with leaders/owners/decision-making committeesof these companies
Complete a consultation process where your objective is tounderstand the company’s need for consultancy support to accelerate theirgrowth through gap analysis
Set appointments with relevant businesses that havedemonstrated a significant need for consultancy support in gaining publicsector revenue growth
Consolidate the appointment 24 hours prior and ensure alladmin and documentation has been received by the client ahead of time to ensurethe meeting goes smoothly.

B2B selling experience
Experience of working in a target-driven sales environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Able to correctly profile a prospect through effective questioning
Proven track record of exceeding sales KPI’s, acquiring new business and building customer relationships
Work as part of a team
Consistent high achiever
Motivated, passionate individual with a desire to deliver an exceptional experience
Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
Good IT Skills
Ability to adapt to change and a desire to learn new processes
Have a keen eye for attention to detail
Salary up to £31,000 per annum (DOE) with a realistic OTE ofup to £43,000
Uncapped commission (You are in control of your own earnings)
