JRS Associates have teamed up with a business with a great name in the local area, we're looking to add an experienced Sales Executive with key experience and understanding to the team.To support the Naval & Marine team in all aspects of the business with an emphasis on developing existing and new accounts. The role involves internal sales plus visiting current and potential customers. This position will grow over time for the right candidate, developing into a team leader position in Naval & Marine.The Successful Sales Executive - Package:- Competitive Salary discussed with suitable applicants- Day Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm- Ability of Remote Working- Part Contributory Pension Scheme- Modern office environment with free onsite parking- Bike to Work & Tech Scheme- Pool car/hire available for business travel- Familiarity with the Naval supply chain in either the UK or Export markets (Desirable)- Experience in selling added-value products such as machined items components (Desirable)The Successful Sales Executive - Knowledge / Attitude Required:- Experience and proven track record in the metals industry, ideally in Nickel alloys, titanium, special steels, and processing of metals.- OEM's Knowledge & Experience.- Proven track record of enhancing existing customer portfolio's along with generating new leads- Strong presentation skills- Able to demonstrate polished networking skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Smart appearance- Full clean driving licence- Experience with ERP Systems- Ability to take ownership within the role, with the desire to succeedIf you're interested in finding out more or you believe yourself to be the Sales Executive for the role, apply and you'll receive a call within 3 hours (within working hours) with further details of the company and position in hand
