As a Sales Executive, we are looking for someone to:
Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information
Work closely with Account Managers, supporting the delivery of Account Plans by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales
Update the Account Managers with regular feedback from the Brokers and in terms of the market, helping the Account Manager's to identify new opportunities
Identify intermediary needs, clarify information and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings
Support the Account Managers with administrative tasks covering mailboxes and the CRM
Present a professional imagine of the company to deliver positive broker experience throughout the Broker journey
Manage new/existing relationships, promoting company's products and services, to immerse themselves fully in the policies, procedures and the culture of Together to enable a high level representation of the company at all levels with our intermediary partners
Qualifications
Essential
Telephone Sales experience within financial services
Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls & managing inboxes
Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
Strong objection handling and problem solving skills
Desirable
Business to business sales experience
Mortgage industry experience
CeMAP qualified or equivalent
