Job Description As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth through proactive cold calling, lead generation, and new business development. This role is instrumental in expanding our market reach and establishing strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar telesales role, preferably within the construction industry.Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services, and creating interest.Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads, qualifying them based on specific criteria. Utilise various tools and strategies to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.Customer Research: Understand the needs and requirements of potential clients through thorough research. Tailor your approach to showcase how our manufacturing solutions can meet their unique business challenges.Sales Presentations: Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products. Clearly articulate the benefits and advantages of choosing our manufacturing solutions.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in distribution businesses. Foster a positive and professional image of our company in all interactions.Sales Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress. Provide regular updates to the Business Manager and management on your achievements and challenges.
The Successful ApplicantMinimum of 2 years of experience in a telesales role, preferably within the construction industry.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong research and lead generation capabilities.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
