Due to expansion, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to focus on actively prospecting, qualifying and identifying solutions for new business customers & seeking out additional business opportunities. Job responsibilities:Your role will include booking clients meetings for a senior member of the sales team and eventually sell Silver Linings products and services, predominately to the SME market, working with a unique portfolio of innovative Cloud, IT, Voice and Data based solutions.Build and manage opportunity pipeline from several channelsSupport the marketing team to drive and convert lead-generation campaignsUse appropriate sales techniques to sell our products and services to business customersAccept and respond to enquiries from both potential and existing customers, to provide customers with IT infrastructure consultancy, advise on corporate IT planning and design business continuity plansLiaise with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Operations and SupportAttend internal and external company events to build relationships and generate opportunitiesCompleting administrative work, as requiredManaging a portfolio of lead-generation sourcesEffectively prioritise time management to ensure a balanced pipelineResponsible for creating client relationships at all levelsEnsure that Silver Lining is the “Preferred Supplier” with the selected clientsWhat will help you succeed:Being organised and punctual are keyManaging your pipeline / current opportunities and keeping them up to dateEnsuring activity is recorded correctly and updated in the CRMTelephone manner and enough talk time per dayConsistent achievement of targets & KPIs set out by the company and managementAbout You:You must be a highly organised and motivated individual who uses your initiative to work effectively, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivery, and is willing to go the extra mile.No prior sales experience is required however, this is an advantageMust be motivated, results-driven and always driven to succeedBe able to work with other team members and departments to execute projectsHave excellent communication, and management skills and act in a professional mannerBe receptive and enthusiastic about technical innovation, with and have the willingness to learnBe capable of working under pressure and able to meet targets and deadlinesExcellent telephone manner to converse and negotiate at all levels of management within the customers' organisationCompetent written skills are essential to writing effective proposals and reports, dealing with written enquiries, plan jobs using Microsoft Office suite & CRM toolsReady to Shine with Silver Lining?Apply now to be a part of our vibrant sales team and help us achieve new milestones.
