Sales Executive – (Hybrid – Milton Keynes)The Role: Managing internal sales processes including processing orders, contracts and quote generation. Generating and tracking sales leads and procedure reports using the CRM database procedures. Achieve monthly KPIs of prospects contacted, pipeline generated, and sales closed. Maintain clear and accurate understanding of educational market and government educational policies, enabling the business to maximise business and growth opportunities. They are proudly a part of the ‘Supportive Education Group’ which is one of UK’s largest education support services providers.The Ideal Candidate: 1 – 2+ years of experience in customer facing in role such as Account Manager or Sales Executive. Experience selling into education sector or awareness of the educational landscape. Experience working in fast-paced, target driven environment and working with high-performing team. Experience using CRM and administration and ordering systems. Excellent communication skill and able to build relationships. Commercial acumen, articulate and numerate. KPI driven, tenacious, data and numbers focused.What You’ll Get: £25,000 - £30,000 Basic with a £75,000 - £80,000 OTEProcess:3 Stage Interview Process: 1st Interview – Teams – 30 minutes – Sales Manager - Get to know. 2nd Interview – On Site – 60 minutes (Sales Manager & BD Director) – Presentation.
