Annual Salary: £25k plus Commission - Realistic £40k a yearLocation: Swindon, UKJob Type: Full-time We are looking for a Sales Executive who is adept at converting and generating sales from both new and existing customers, meeting personal and company revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy communicator, comfortable with phone, video
calls, live chat, emails, and social media, and driven to provide outstanding customer service. Day to Day of the Role:
Handle all sales-related customer interactions with a focus on direct sales activities for at least 80% of your time.Convert customer contacts into sales, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Collaborate with peers and the Sales Manager to analyse and improve sales effectiveness.Maximize profit per order through cross-selling/upselling while maintaining an excellent customer experience.Assist with sales administration and customer services as needed to serve the best interests of the customer and the business.Utilize company systems and processes effectively.Stay informed about products and competitors, sharing insights with the team. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Relevant experience in a sales-oriented environment.A proven track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Commercially astute with strong numeracy and analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other relevant IT skills.Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills.Flexible and adaptable to change.Well-organized with good planning skills.
