Sales Executive

I am managing a fantastic new build sales role, working for one of the leading developers across the UK. My client is looking for a motivated sales negotiator that can come on board and sell a live site in West Lavington, Wiltshire to a high standard. My client is open to candidates from estate agency and new build sales.

The role of a new build sales exec is to sell the live development, qualify the potential buyers and convert the sales in person.

Responsibilities:

• Sell new build properties / mixture of appartments and houses


• Meet and greet customers who walk in to view the development


• Build 5 star relationships


• Be Target driven and hungry to push on with more sales


• Learn the company values and implement them daily
