Sales Executive

I am managing a fantastic new build sales role, working for one of the leading property developers across Essex. My client is looking for a motivated new build sales negotiator that can come on board and sell a live site in Finchingfield, Essex to a high standard. My client is open to candidates from estate agency or new build sales!

The role of a new build sales exec is to sell the live development, qualify the potential buyers and convert the sales in person.

Responsibilities:

• Sell new build properties / mixture of appartments and houses


• Meet and greet customers who walk in to view the development


• Build 5 star relationships


• Be Target driven and hungry to push on with more sales


• Learn the company values and implement them daily
