£11.44 + DOE
Office Based, 8.30 - 4.30 Monday - Friday
Motivated person to manage the sales department.
- Managing Prospecting Database, Keeping it up to date. Preparing reports for daily use and Management Reports for Monthly Sales Meeting.
- Keeping the existing database up to date and researching and adding new contacts.
- Telesales projects - to add to existing database Calling new Prospects adding to database and making appointments were relevant
- Making appointments for our Account Executives - Commercial Dept
- Confirming appointments, producing new business paperwork for appointments
- Involved in weekly sales meetings
The person we are looking for
- Dynamic and Confident- with good telephone skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional
- Well organised, great diary management and able to prioritise
- MS office literate, excel is a must have
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive
