Pro-Found Recruitment are now recruiting for a number of Internal Sales Executives to join our clients established sales department and contribute to the continual growth of their business. The successful applicants will be highly motivated, target driven individuals who seek a new opportunity to develop their sales experience and progress their careers.

Sales Executive Benefits:

  • Location: Leeds
  • Salary 23K basic with realistic OTE of �30k-�40k - Uncapped commission
  • Top performers in team on OTE �55k-�60k
  • Hours: Monday 8am to 5pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm & Friday's 8.30am to 4.30pm

Sales Executive Skills required:

  • Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of working with a CRM system/computer is desirable.
  • Experience with Saas (Software) sales is desirable but not a necessity.
  • Willingness to continually develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques.
  • Develop New Business accounts and Up/Cross Selling Skills.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Customer service and rapport building skills.
  • Flexibility and open-mindedness.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work well with others.
  • The ability to adhere to training given by Sales Manager/s.

Sales Executive Role:

  • Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
  • Achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
  • Inbound/outbound telephone calls contacting business owners and directors
  • of qualified prospective contacts, to secure online meetings/presentations for our Business Development Executives.
  • Ensure the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality meetings.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executives.
  • Support with the administration duties including diary management.
