Our small team of broadband experts is searching for an individual to help launch UK Fibre Networks in York, putting customers' needs first and building a following of interested prospects. You'll be responsible for generating leads and building a sales pipeline through various channels, including door-to-door, local events, pop-ups, and networking. With marketing support, you'll drive uptake of our broadband services in York City Centre. Join us in this exciting opportunity to make an impact!

Responsibilities




  • Generating leads and building up a pipeline of warm business and residential broadband prospects in line with our build and roll-out plan.

  • Selling full fibre gigabit broadband packages and bolt-ons to business and residential prospects in residential areas.

  • Consistently achieve set weekly and monthly activity and opportunity targets.

  • Bring opportunities and share ideas to maximise leads and the service uptake.

  • Manage your leads and sales pipeline calendar and/or contact details.

  • Be the main point of contact for customer onboarding queries post-sale.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and be an ambassador for the UKFN brand.

  • Use objection handling techniques to your advantage.

  • Keep the rest of the team up to date with progress and performance against targets.





Skills, Qualifications & Experience




  • We are looking for people who have field sales or face-to-face sales experience.

  • As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent local knowledge and connections, be a great communicator, and inspire confidence in those around you.

  • Your enthusiasm for our brand and services will be evident, along with your drive to succeed and positive attitude.

  • You will also have a strong work ethic, be punctual, and possess excellent organisational skills.

  • Striving for excellence and attention to detail are key qualities we are looking for, along with a desire to learn and grow.

  • You will need to be able to commute in and around York city centre.



Salary & Benefits



Salary �22,000 - �25,000 per annum subject to experience



OTE: �46,000 to �50,000 + uncapped commission



Travel Allowance: �3,000 per annum travel allowance�for drivers and �2,000 per annum for non-drivers.
