A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Sales Executive to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and paying between �30,000 - �35,000 per annum depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Sales Executive role will include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with both new and existing customers
- Visiting potential customers for new business.
- Making accurate cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
- Collecting information for potential new business from previous clients.
- Providing customs with quotations by making cost calculations.
- Negotiating and closing sales.
- Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on potential future buying trends.
- Working with the board of directors to identify new business and advising variations in price and delivery.
- Prepare and present progress reports on a monthly basis to the Directors and Management.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- Experience within the logistics distribution and supply chain industry essential.
- Road freight experience essential.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Desire to exceed.
- Must have 5+ years employment history with no gaps.
