Sales ExecutiveLocation:Newbury, Berkshire.Salary:£40,000 - £55,000 OTE* Plus fantastic benefits!Hours of work:Monday - Saturday (8.30AM-6PM) Sunday (10AM-4PM) on a rota basis.Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a specialist organisation who because of success are growing the business. They pride themselves in delivering outstanding experiences for customers, colleagues, and manufacturer partners.As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for:Build a relationship with clients to gain an understanding of their needs.Have a wide range of knowledge within stock, ensuring the ability to adapt per client.Approach the transaction with a friendly and approachable behavior.Partake in training and progression opportunities, to assist working towards tasks and objectives.Appropriately organise and schedule the day, to ensure sales opportunities are maximised.Working alongside the Sales Administration Team to see the purchase through and liaise with the client until the transaction is fully complete. The ideal Sales Executivewill have:Drive and determination.Will be able to multitask, be adaptable to change.Will have good analytical, problem solving and planning skills.Will have a proven history of success within a sales role.Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Office.Will have good communications skills.Will want to develop within an organisation.Will have a full, clean driving license.To be considered please submit your CV ASAP.
