This will include the weekend when we experience our busiest days.Location: Maidstone* Due to the nature of the role, we will require you to have a full UKdriving licence*We are looking for a Sales Executive to come and join us at our store in Maidstone. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for delivering a first-class purchasing experience for all our customers.Do you need automotive sales experience?No! That’s the best part! If you are someone who has got strong experience of working within a customer-facing position and you have a drive and passion for sales and hitting targets, then we would encourage you to apply! The only must-have for this role is a valid full UK driving licence.What will my day-to-day look like? Work effectively with the sales team and General Sales Manager, to achieve own and the team’s monthly sales targets Take ownership of the customer’s experience throughout the entire customer journey Achieve a minimum of on-target sales every month and generate return business Greet and welcome customers on arrival to site Check and maintain the sales pitch area Manage the customer database and sales prospects Complete the handover process of vehicles upon customer collection Conduct post-collection calls to customers to ensure customer satisfaction Confidently and successfully upsell relevant products and promote 'same day driveaway' Quality check vehicles prior to them being collected/delivered to the customer Accurately check part exchange vehicles using an app Assist the online sales team with ‘CitNOW’ videos, pictures and any other information required Ensure compliance with FCA regulations Deliver exceptional customer service levels as measured by NPS Ensure customers are happy with their purchase and assist them on test drives Provide quotes effectively and follow up within agreed timescales Complete home deliveries as and when required Above everything else, you’ll live the Motorpoint values of Proud, Honest, Supportive and Happy, you’ll also be ready for some serious fun!
