World leader in a very specialist manufactoring sector

Role and Responsibilities

3 days a week on the road

Home based – planning

Managing a territory covering the M4 corridoor

Some will be prospecting, some confirmed appointments

60% account management 40% new business development

Working under experienced Territory Sales Manager

Provide technical support and a consultative selling approach

Regular lead management from a variety of sources

Targets and Objectives

To actively contribute to the achievement of the company sales growth target, maintaining/improving sales margins, improving customer satisfaction, minimizing product returns

Package

Base Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 depending on experience

Bonus: TBA - bonus including over-performance incentives

Car or allowance
