Sales Executive - Digital

We are seeking a talented and professional sales person to play a key part in the continued growth of our internet sales division.
The hours of work are 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a day off in the week every other week. You are also required to work every other weekend, 8:30am to 5pm Saturday and 10am to 4pm Sundays (averages 42hours per week).
Salary includes an OTE of £36,000.
This is an exciting opportunity to get in near the start of a rapidly expanding department in a growth area of vehicle sales.
You will take enquiries generated by our strategic partners and convert these to sales using your strongly developed relationship building and negotiation skills, whilst delivering outstanding customer service.
Working in a targeted environment, you will:
Work with multiple enquiries communicating with customers by telephone and email.
Prepare specifications and quotes using defined discount structures.
Prepare and explain finance quotes and products using pre-determined rates and terms, in a compliant way which follows the ethos of Treating Customers Fairly.
Maintain and update the customer database with all activity.
Negotiate to a sale, including dealing with potential part exchanges.
Verify stock availability and offer readily available alternatives to your customers where applicable.
Provide regular updates to customer on vehicle progress.
