Sales Executive position: New & Used Cars Sales
23 x Days Holiday.
Company Supplied Vehicle.
Monday to Friday business hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm (with a day off in the week). Saturday business hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm. We see Sunday's as family time.
Bank Holidays business hours: 10am to 4:00pm (Bank Holidays are based on a rota).

Broad Oak Motor Group is a well-established business in Canterbury, Kent. We are searching for a talented, outgoing and responsible individual who is ready to take on a Sales Executive position with the UK’s no.1 vehicle brands.

The Role
Working in a dealership sales environment can be exciting, rewarding and quite demanding. Do you feel you possess the skills and qualities needed to be successful? If so, we are looking for talented individuals to join our sales team, selling new and used vehicles, with associated finance and insurance products.
This is a customer focused position, where you will need to demonstrate and provide customers with the highest level of customer service and experience. Building relationships with potential customers and guiding them through a sales process with the end goal of achieving sales.
The role will include regular training and support via our management team.
Responsibilities
Building rapport and qualifying customer’s requirements
Agreeing the details and terms of sale
Organising vehicles and handover
Communicating effectively with customers
Developing existing and new relationships
Delivering an excellent level of customer service
Consistently achieving sales targets and objectives
Accurate completion of documentation to meet compliancy and regulatory standards
The Person
An individual that is self-confident, self-driven and has a positive attitude with the desire to succeed.
You will need to be well presented with a professional approach.
A sales background would be advantageous, along with experience within the Motor Trade, however, it is not a pre-requisite as full training will be provided.
The chosen applicant will need to be able to deliver the following:
Work in accordance with Manufacturer Standard and Dealership requirements
Has the ability to liaise confidently with customers
IT literate, competent with Microsoft Office and the ability to use new technologies
Has strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
A solution focused individual with a natural problem-solving aptitude
Will be required to attend specialised training
Hold a full UK Driving licence
