You Are:

Sales Executive – Asset Management - Digital Transformation
who has a passion for creating opportunities, driving revenue and transforming business. This role is responsible for driving new business sales activities for prospective customers in the UK region focusing on the asset and wealth management sector.
The Opportunity :
The
Sales Executive
is responsible for prospecting, contacting and qualifying leads, creating dialogue and educating prospects about UST's capabilities.
Candidate should exhibit strong sales aptitude of building relationships with prospective customers along with significant success in opening opportunities and closing deals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Understanding customer drivers and business outcomes of digital transformation and initiates conversations with customers on digital transformation for new logos.
Develops an understanding of the customer and the needs of each account and identifies opportunities to drive optimizations and new digitalization solutions/services based on their needs and strategies
Manages and executes a strategic plan for driving sales with customers
Outlines revenue targets to deliver on account plans; orchestrates extended team and embraces partners to scale business
Effectively partners with hybrid teams internally
Work closely with team members to develop market intelligence, relationship maps, and use-case opportunities through direct account engagement.
Ensures line-of-business wins are captured (e.g., testimonials) for referencing.
What you need:
Experience of successful new logo wins selling SAAS solutions or IT Services/Consulting.
Good knowledge of
IT services (cloud, AI, machine learning, data services, consulting services)
Experience of selling into the asset and wealth management space
A track record of building strong C level relationships and subsequently winning strategic deals
Outstanding oral and written communications skills with a talent for compelling storytelling and the innate ability to make the complex simple
Good understanding of UST offerings and technologies
Ability to understand customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business so value can be provided by UST
Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts.
Should be a self-starter, self-motivated and promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
