Job Title: Sales Executive – Aparthotels – The North
Salary: up to £35,000

I am currently recruiting a Sales Executive to join this Aparthotel group. I am looking for a driven individual with sales and business development experience with hotels or aparthotels. As Sales Executive you will oversee the sites based in Lancashire and Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing lifestyle group with career development opportunities.
About the position
Growing the corporate client account list
Look after existing clients
Arrange FAM trips and visit trade shows
Report directly to the Director of Sales
Monitor market trends
Create sales presentations and negotiate contracts
Review rates
The successful candidate
Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or travel
Business development experience
Knowledge of mobility or relocation agents
Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
Strategic thinking
Fantastic communication skills
A high level of customer service skills
