Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager required to join a leading engineering supplier based near Harlow.
The successful Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will work remote, covering regions within the South UK including Hertford, London, Harlow, Watford, Chelmsford etc�selling compressed air equipment and managing key accounts within the compressed air sector via distribution channels and OEM customers.
The successful Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will ideally have experience selling, servicing or managing accounts within engineering, ideally compressed air, vacuum systems, filtration, blowers & dryers, valves, generators,�vacuum pumps, rotating equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics, fluid power or similar transferable products.

Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Role
Managing a number of key accounts compressed air distribution channels and OEM customers within compressors, vacuum pumps, dryers & filters and other similar pneumatic / compressed air related equipment in to various industries.
Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling compressed air products and services.
Maintaining new compressor sales with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
Working closely with the compressed air Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Fully remote, covering South East, working out of the office near Hertford when not visiting customer sites.

Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Requirements
Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Executive or similar in engineering.
A Compressor Service or electro mechanical Engineer looking to come off the tools and progress in to a sales roles would also be of interest.
Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable company.
A technical engineering degree would be advantageous.
Experience selling, servicing or managing accounts within within engineering, ideally compressed air, vacuum systems, filtration, blowers & dryers, generators, valves, vacuum pumps, rotating equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics, fluid power or similar transferable products.
Full clean driving license.
Knowledge of the South territory within the compressed air market would be advantageous.
