My client is a global organisation who due to business growth is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Engineer to join them on a full-time permanent basis.  
This role would suit either a candidate experienced in, or with knowledge of Capital Equipment sales with the ability to read technical drawings although this is not compulsory.
The role:

• Working as an integral part of the sales time, handling the end-to-end sales process from prospect to close.


• Assist with proposals and presentations to stakeholders.


• Develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels ensuring an excellent standard of after sales service is provided.


• Support sales through the effective provision of sales data, analysis of sales performance against budgets.


• Develop and deliver presentations to enhance company image and increase sales.


• Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical concepts and applications relevant to the sector.


• Communicate with exceptional clarity and confidence, both verbally and in writing, to build strong relationships with clients across cultures.


• Be a strategic thinker and problem solver.

The candidate:

• Proven track record in business development.


• A technical background or qualification is preferred but not compulsory as full technical training given.


• Experience or knowledge of the compressed air industry ideally also within the water industry sector.


• A full UK driving licence - this is a field-based role, and you will be travelling on a daily basis across your region.


• Ability to travel daily across the Midlands
