We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision-makers.Since our launch in 2017, clubs have used TransferRoom to facilitate over 3,000 transfers, and we are proud that today over 650 clubs from 60+ countries and 100+ leagues are currently using the platform.We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Manager to drive strategic initiatives that
enhance the performance and effectiveness of our sales team.Responsibilities Develop and deliver sales training programs to
welcome new
team members and
empower existing sales representatives
ensuring seamless integration and proficiency Create and curate sales training materials and resources Conduct assessments and evaluations to gauge the efficacy of training efforts Collaborate closely with sales leadership to identify training needs and prioritize them accordingly Define and
monitor
key performance metrics to
evaluate the impact of sales training endeavors, providing data-driven insights for enhancements Deliver nurturing onboarding bootcamps for all new team members within sales and customer success departments Facilitate sales enablement training sessions, workshops and meetings, to enrich the skills, knowledge, and performance of the sales team Develop and maintain the sales playbooks Promote cooperation and alignment among sales, marketing, product development, and customer success teams to achieve unified sales goals Assess sales processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for streamlining, and implementing improvements to
boost sales team performance and efficiency Collaborate closely with the customer success team to help improve customer satisfaction and retention rates Evaluate and
refine the sales technology stack,
suggesting improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and decision-making capabilities Essential Demonstrated experience in sales training within the SaaS industry Profound understanding of SaaS sales processes, with the ability to tailor training strategies accordingly Previous involvement in building out sales training functionality,
including onboarding, bootcamps (new hires/new products),
continuous training, and certification processes Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas effectively to diverse audiences Proficiency in
leveraging various sales enablement and productivity tools Ability to analyse data and metrics to identify trends, make informed decisions, and
continuously optimise sales strategies Demonstrated ability to
collaborate effectively in a cross-functional setting, and to influence stakeholders at various
organizational levels Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other sales tools Experience of working in a dynamic, scaling SME business
Desirable Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field Professional certifications in sales training Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS startup/scaleup environment Knowledge of modern learning and development methodologies Previous experience in a sales or sales mentorship role Interest or previous involvement in the football industry would be advantageous KPIs New hire ramp-up time to achieve
