Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Director from a distribution aviation background. This is a new position that is a response to increased workload and a potential acquisition. This role will take primary responsibility for growing the sales team, hunting for new customers and supporting existing valued clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
