Sales Director

The successful Sales Director will be responsible for hitting annual targets, building customer, and all partner relationships and understanding customer trends, performing the following duties personally and through the sales team in the UK.The role will involve:Develop strong relationships with original equipment manufacturing, distribution, and new partner communityForm sales strategies to keep the company competitive, innovative, and growingAchieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of market performance concerning general and specific trends within the industry and the economy.Grow Supertouch market share each yearIdentify and engage valuable emerging markets with a view to maximising company profitAccurately forecast future sales and form sales plans to adapt to ourTo be successful in this role of Sales Director we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:Proven Sales Executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets· Previous experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Director· Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close· Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· BA/BS degree or equivalent· Be willing to travel throughout the UK and overseas· At all times hold a full and valid UK or European driving license· Development and improvement of sales team skills, capability, and executionACS are recruiting for a Sales Director.
