Annual Salary: £70,000 plus commission and bonusesLocation: Woking/remoteJob Type: Full-time We are seeking a Sales Director to join one of the UK’s leading Facility Management organisations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the private and public sectors, driving growth and maintaining excellent client
relationships. Day to Day of the Role:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.Oversee the sales team, setting quotas, mentoring staff, and driving sales initiatives.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Analyse sales statistics to determine business growth potential.Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role in facility management or related industry.Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements in the facility management sector.Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
