If you still love the thrill of the chase, the hunt and closing deals, but equally enjoy having the autonomy to set the strategic sales direction from the board room, this is a role made for you.

With a talented commercial/sales team to support your efforts, although not directly reporting to you, you will have the freedom to hunt high value contracts globally.

This subcon manufacturer are well equipped with precision engineering and technical injection moulding expertise whilst offering a range of secondary and post processing operations, meaning there isn’t much they can’t do for their customers.

Currently selling to regulated industries like aerospace, medical, industrial and personal safety, the components and assemblies they make are mission and safety critical, they have increased their capacity through CI improvements meaning any business development or sales leader will have untethered ability to grow the business.

So if you can answer yes to the following we’d love to hear from you.

• Hands on ability and track record to grow sales


• Experience of selling subcon manufacturing services


• Previous experience of selling to at least one of their current markets.

You may be a seasoned Sales Director or be looking to step up to a sales leadership board position for the first time, either way, if you’re hungry this is one of those rare opportunities for you to significantly grow a business and show your legendary sales abilities.
