Sales Director

The Role:

As the Sales Director, you will lead the charge in driving revenue growth and expansion for the company. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with their vision, overseeing and coaching a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.

 Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a top-performing sales team.

 Lead and coach sales representatives and managers, providing ongoing training and support.

 Drive effective sales processes and ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, technology vendors, and industry influencers.

 Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.

 Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.

Who We Are Looking For:

 Proven track record of success as a Sales Director in the IT or related industry.

 Minimum of 5-7 years of experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams.

 Strong understanding of network and security managed services, with a focus on Cyber Security, Managed Networks, and Microsoft solutions.

 Experience working with narrow market segments and developing specialised solutions.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

 Data-driven approach to decision-making with a focus on metrics and results.

 Passionate about exceeding expectations and achieving ambitious goals.

 Strong team leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
