Dove & Hawk have partnered with a fantastic, fasted growing tech-based real estate company revolutionising the UK property market. They are looking for a Sales Director, who will play a big role in their continued success, leading a talented sales team across London, Manchester and Leeds.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a sales team, fostering an environment of success, collaboration and continuous environment
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed sales target
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals ensuring smooth and efficient process
  • Provide weekly sales reports and insights to the co-founders, highlighting achievements, challenges and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee the sales progression and aftersales team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Participate in key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and forge strategic partnerships.
  • Implement sales training programs to enhance the team's skills and performance.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to drive sales growth.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role within the real estate or a related tech industry.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating teams across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with team members, clients, and partners.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel between London, Leeds, Manchester

Salary: £85K Basic, £125K OTE
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
