Sales Director - Retail Displays & VM

Job: Sales Director – Retail & VMLocation: Hybrid – Regular travel to London and UK sites.Package: £80,000 - £100,000 plus Car Allowance, Bonus and Company Benefits
My client is a leading design agency who service the luxury retail, beauty and skincare sectors. They provide a complete solution for some of the biggest brand names around the world. They design, manufacture, and install high-end, luxury retail & window displays, pop-up spaces and shop-in-shop fixtures. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Sales Director to oversee their internal processes and sales teams, alongside strategically driving relationships and revenue forwards. If you have a strong background within high-end retail, VM, luxury fashion and/or window displays, this could be your next opportunity.
- You will have a proven track record within luxury, high-end retail, VM and window displays.
- Be commercially astute and a confident communicator who leads from the front.
- A track record of delivering on sales targets and increasing client spend.
- Previous experience of overseeing and developing internal sales teams, ensuring KPIs and financial targets are exceeded.
- Working closely with the MD to ensure companies objectives and targets are on track to be completed.
- Full control over company P&L.
- Preparing and delivering internal training and support.
- Meetings with clients both in the UK and EMEA.
- Being the bridge between internal and client throughout multiple projects.
- Liaising with internal and external departments throughout projects, ensuring timescales and SLAs are met, as well as the delivery within budget.
- Negotiating with third party suppliers where necessary.
