WhoCanFixMyCar is looking for motivated, experienced and sales focused Sales Director/Chief Commercial Officer to join our team! Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will oversee all aspects of the commercial strategy and take ownership of creating strategies and metrics to ensure the business achieves its commercial objectives.We are a fast-paced and dynamic company operating in the automotive industry, connecting customers with a wide network of garages and mechanics in the UK and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity for a resilient and ambitious professional with a entrepreneurial flare!RequirementsStrategy & tactical:Develop and implement strategic business plans for our company's commercial activities across E-Commerce Sales, Network Sales and Advertising SalesExplore new avenues to further enhance partnerships, revenue opportunities and identify competitive advantageEffectively own/manage the budget, resource allocation and financial performanceIdentify areas of potential growth and new business opportunitiesClient & Performance:Construct, socialise and implement the pricing and promotional strategiesLead the development of current and new long-term client relationships and loyalty programsAnalyse client feedback and industry trends in order to develop and implement new strategiesMonitor and analyse sales performance and develop sales reportsEnsure scalability as the business expands into new marketsEvaluate and implement suitable processes to streamline and enhance performanceCollaboration:Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, clients, suppliers and partnersCollaborate closely and align with key internal stakeholders to understand the alignment between department strategies and deliveryCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the correct pricing strategy, marketing strategy and product roadmap to retain and attract new clients and drive sales/revenueTeam Leadership & Management:Coach, direct and lead the sales team to ensure an aligned understanding of the deliverablesProvide strategic direction and guidance to the sales teamCreate client engagement strategies/internal processes to align on efficient and timely outputCompliance:Ensure all commercial activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulationsEnsure robust compliance processes to protect sensitive client/business dataReview current processes and implement new processes (as required) to mitigate any risks to the company's systems/dataBenefitsFully remote/flexible workingHolidays: 25 days per annum + Birthday Leave (1 day)Private Medical Insurance (70% Company funded)Life Assurance (4x basic salary)Pension: 5.5% Employer contribution (5% Employee contribution)Employee Assistance ProgrammeFlu vaccinations allowanceHome-based allowanceEye test allowance2 volunteering daysHoliday Buy-Back Scheme: Buy 5 days additional holiday (After 1 years' service) Seniority levelSeniority level Director Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionIndustries Non-profit Organizations and Primary and Secondary Education Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at WhoCanFixMyCar by 2xGet notified about new
