About the Role:
As an SDR at InTouch, your primary focus will be on creating new sales opportunities and nurturing pipeline growth.
You'll utilise various communication channels such as phone, email, and social platforms to engage with leads and prospects.
Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with our head of customer relations to deliver top-notch support and account management services.
Here is what a typical day as an SDR at InTouch might look like:
Proactively reach out to prospective leads through multiple channels, maintaining a steady flow of communication.
Drive pipeline activity by following up with potential customers and prospects to nurture relationships.
Utilise outreach tools and technology to optimise engagement and streamline processes.
Work closely with the customer relations team to ensure exceptional support and service for existing clients.
Contribute to the refinement and development of sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What you will bring to the position: :
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software sales, software customer service, or related fields, with a strong customer relationship focus.
A positive, outgoing personality coupled with the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organisational skills and adaptability to navigate change effectively.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage in dynamic conversations and handle inquiries with confidence.
