The Role:
Analyse and evaluate leads to identify potential sales opportunities.
Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our services.
Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and social media channels.
Tailor communication to showcase the value proposition of our services.
Schedule and coordinate qualified appointments and meetings for our sales team.
Maintain an organised and efficient appointment setting process.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with leads, building rapport and trust.
Keep detailed records of interactions and ensure accurate lead information.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and preferences for appointments.
Provide relevant information and insights to enhance the sales process.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a similar outbound sales role.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Articulate, able to explain complex services in a clear and concise manner.
Strong analytical skills to assess and prioritise leads effectively.
Ability to understand client requirements and tailor communication accordingly.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Ability to understand and address client needs.
Excellent organisational skills to manage and maintain a high volume of leads and appointments.
Detail-oriented approach to documentation and record-keeping.
The Package:
Starting salary based on experience + uncapped commission (£40k OTE).
