will contribute to our continued growth throughout EMEA.
You will be joining a small but mighty team focused on enterprise opportunities, reporting into the EMEA Sales Director and playing an integral role in driving net new business at Humanforce.
Who you are?
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be focussed on outbound prospecting and converting leads into pipeline opportunities. You are a motivated sales professional who has had proven success of growing territories, you are a problem solver and a natural networker that will bring the Humanforce story to life in your territory focusing on key customers and partners.
You have the experience and ability to manage strong internal interlocks and work cross functionally with a view to driving amazing customer outcomes What you will do?
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify qualified sales opportunities.
Meet business-defined key performance indicators (KPIs) such as number of calls, emails, sales accepted opportunities, etc.
Utilize outbound prospecting automation tools to effectively manage activities.
Collaborate with our teams to hone and develop new and meaningful outreach strategies.
Learn and speak about multiple solutions and value propositions.
Learn common objections and be able to address them with prospects.
Be a regularly contributing member of daily and/or weekly team meetings.
Research and identify potential customers through various data sources.
Responsibilities?
Identify and build a pipeline of potential customers
Maintain accurate and timely reporting in Salesforce and other systems.
Drive outreach and engagement through hit lists of potential clients and execute outreach campaigns using various communication methods, including cold calling, attending events, email marketing, and social media engagement.
Stakeholder engagement - establish relationships and negotiate with key stakeholders and decision makers to close deals effectively.
Effectively communicate and articulate the value of Humanforce solution, aligning them with the business objectives and interests of the potential customer
Adhere to internal processes and guidelines to ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulatory and cultural requirements.
