Sales Development Manager

About the role:

We're looking for a Sales Development Specialist to join our team. You'll be tasked with finding potential customers, creating new business opportunities, and guiding leads through our sales process via online platforms.

You'll collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure we meet our sales targets. Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities through online channels


• Reach out to and assess potential customers


• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads


• Monitor progress towards achieving sales targets


• Work with the sales team to devise strategies for meeting sales goals


• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities


• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments


• Attend networking events and trade shows to cultivate relationships and generate leads


• Provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes to management.

Requirements and skills:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales or customer service


• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software; experience with Salesforce/HubSpot is advantageous


• Strong verbal and written communication abilities


• Capability to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients


• Understanding of sales techniques and strategies


• Proficient problem-solving and negotiation skills


• Effective time management and organizational abilities


• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Adaptability and flexibility to changing circumstances


• Eagerness to learn and develop in the sales field


• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field


• Proficiency in English (Spanish or German is advantageous).
