In this pivotal position, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of four motivated SDRs initially, with the potential to expand to six members. Your primary task will be to engage senior professionals across various traditional B2B sectors like Accountancy, Legal, Finance, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Construction, Utilities, and Manufacturing, with the aim of building sales pipelines for our Business Development Management (BDM) team.
As the SDR Manager, you'll play a vital role in mentoring a youthful and relatively inexperienced team. Your duties will include providing thorough training, evaluating sales performance, analyzing sales metrics, and inspiring team members to excel, evolving into the company's future sales leaders, with possible advancement opportunities to Business Development Executives (BDEs).

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to consistently meet or surpass quotas.
Generate high-quality leads for the sales organization, exceeding daily/weekly/monthly KPI and lead production targets.
Offer daily business development support and mentoring to ensure the Sales Development team employs effective techniques and processes.
Maintain high standards of lead qualification utilizing a blend of BANT/SPIOS methodologies and contribute to building effective messaging.
Manage administration of Hubspot, LinkedIn Nav, Cognism, and our proprietary Red Flag Alert app, including establishing cadences and optimizing various tools.
Facilitate and participate in regular pitch practice and collaborative sessions to enhance team performance.
Encourage innovative and impactful outbound activities to drive lead generation and support outbound efforts.
Motivate Sales Development team members to pursue career advancement within the company.
Oversee tracking and reporting of leads via Hubspot.
Adhere to the company's Code of Ethics and policies at all times.
Effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders in a professional manner.
Evolve the sales enablement tech stack to align with the business's objectives and goals.
Experience Requirements:
Previous sales experience with a proven track record in a quota-driven environment.
Minimum of 2 years in lead generation, sales development, or equivalent roles.
Experience in building a sales enablement tech stack to ensure success and maximise sales effectiveness.
Demonstrated successful management experience.
Strong questioning skills tailored to target audiences.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior executives.
Solid organizational and time management abilities.
Thorough understanding of the full sales cycle process.
Advanced computer skills, including prior use of Salesforce.com.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Passion for data and its application within organisations.
Extensive experience managing Sales Development/Inside Sales Representatives, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
Proficiency in Hubspot CRM, Microsoft Excel, and LinkedIn.
Track record of surpassing team quotas.
Self-motivated individual with a persistent, optimistic attitude.
In-depth understanding of business processes and a penchant for proposing improvements.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport across all organizational levels.
Passion for technology and business management software.
Experience leveraging reports and tools to optimise team performance.
