Sales/Customer Service Advisor

Abacus Employment Services are looking for an experienced B2B Sales & Customer Service Advisor, to join a leading meat and retail butchery industry supplier, based in Newbury

Our client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate, who can deliver a high quality and professional service, both over the telephone and by email.

Sales experience is desirable but not essential. This role does not involve any cold calling and full training will be provided.

*Responsibilities;*
* Answer, log and resolve inbound telephone enquiries and respond to customer emails, in a timely and professional manner
* Deliver exceptional Customer Service at all times
* Record customers orders and accurately input onto bespoke computer system
* Independently manage a set client call list of existing customers, building rapport and developing business relationships
* Additional duties as and when required by the Team Leader

*Candidates skills and experience;*
* Sales experience is desirable but not essential. This role does not involve any cold calling and full training will be provided
* Excellent communication skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills
* Professional attitude
* Good team player
* Self-motivated work ethic and the ability to prioritize and manage own workload

*Hours; * 40 hours per week

Monday -Thursday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with a hour lunch break

Friday, 8am to 4.30pm with half an hour lunch break

*Pay;* £11.44-£13.00 per hour
