Your daily To Do List might look something like this;
Produce quotations for UK/overseas customers
Produce sales orders for customers
Raising sales invoices and taking customer card payments
Update and maintain spreadsheets on a daily basis
Support the wider sales team
Communicate with couriers regarding deliveries when necessary
Produce reports in Excel
Communicate with customers on a regular basis, such as; taking orders, dealing with queries, organising delivery, invoice issues, ...
