We are currently recruiting for a leading producer of sports trading cards, offering collectors and enthusiasts a wide range of high-quality cards featuring their favourite athletes and teams, in search of a Sales Coordinator

Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: �27,000-�30,000

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and driving revenue growth for the sports trading card products. This dynamic role offers a blend of customer interaction, sales support, and administrative tasks, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Coordinate sales-related activities, including promotions, special events, and product launches.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyse sales data, and identify trends to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory levels.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Passion for sports and trading cards, with a genuine enthusiasm for the products and the collector community.
