A leading Housing Develop who have become one of the South West leading New homes provider are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Cornwall.
Working closely with the sales team to support them and coordinator new sales and opportunities. Focusing on the customer journey at all times and be the point of contact for Solicitors, estate agencies and consultant to provide a smooth running of their new home.
Responsibilities will include :

• Managing Marketing activities & promotional materials
• Ensuring a high level of Customer Service at all times
• Building relationships with Clients and other parties�
• to assist the sales Manager with the smooth running of every new property sold
• Can create & manage social media platform

This role will be based at different locations from time to time around Cornwall close to St Austell.� Own transport is required.� Seeking a customer focused individual with a passion for new homes, proactive and confident with good IT skills.�
Ideally worked within property/Sales but not essential.�
