As the exclusive recruitment partner for WK Thomas, Cast UK are leading the search for a Sales Coordinator who will look after the Travel Sector this position will be based in their office in Basingstoke and offer hybrid working. Key Responsibilities:
* Effective planning and reporting using internal systems and Excel spreadsheets.
* Advising clients on products.
* Building a relationship with clients.
* Actively support the wider team in a range of tasks including product sourcing, customer quotations and pricing and stock management.
* Manage and resolve internal and external queries on catalogue, customer portal and new products.
* Book appointments with customers to increase sales. Skills & Experience:
* Strong IT skills specifically within Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication skills including a strong telephone manner.
* Experience working as a team and individually.
* Ability to work under pressure.
