Sales Controller

Our client is a franchised dealership, who are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Controller for their busy and thriving site. Location – near Gatwick Company car with Fuel allowance To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be co-ordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives To provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s To be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitability To oversee the enquiry management process To promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintained To maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets. To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales deals About You: Experience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager is ideal
To have a good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DO training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulation To be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed. To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work Proven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management and administrative duties.
