Generate leads and opportunities through strategic outreach efforts targeting both individual adult learners and corporate clients.Engage with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand the unique needs and objectives of potential clients and effectively communicate how our training programs can address their requirements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to customize training solutions for corporate clients based on their specific industry, workforce, and learning objectives.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their ongoing learning and development needs.Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent2-5 year of working experience in Sales and Marketing or related fieldProven track record of success in sales, preferably within the adult or corporate training sector.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse audiences, including adult learners, HR professionals, and business leaders.Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented approach to driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative.Experience in or familiarity with Career Conversion Programmes, Global Ready Talents or related programme would be an advantage.
