Sales Executive – Permanent Role Salary - £23k +
Location – Reading Fully office based Free Parking Hours – Monday – Friday & 1/3 weekends, 9am - 6pm. Start date – ASAP Due to continued Business growth my client, based in Reading, is looking for a Luxury Sales Consultant to join their exciting team!! Duties will include:
Quote and sell luxury cruise products, ensuring every interaction is marked by friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism.Follow up on quotes to encourage potential clients to make reservations, highlighting our unbeatable price and service promises.Advise clients on the terms & conditions of their reservations, ensuring all holiday elements are correctly explained, reserved, and charged.Assist clients with pre- or post-cruise inquiries by mastering our products, services, features, and pricing.Travel on cruises and visit ships to enhance product knowledge and improve sales performance. Essential criteria:
Strong Customer service experience is needed.Friendly and Professional approachGood communication and Team player attitude.Must be able to Drive due to the rural location of the office. What’s in it for you?
