A GROWING Manchester property investment company is looking for self-motivated target-driven individuals to join their expanding team of Sales Consultants in the property sector to achieve BIG and develop their skills and knowledge.



This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the sales process and has a willingness to learn.

Key duties of the role:�




  • Report to the Managing Director and ensure company tasks are carried out efficiently and targets are set for the month.

  • Advise on property investments.

  • Manage client accounts.

  • Able to close property deals

  • Work closely as a team to drive sales.

  • Offer support to clients and companies throughout the sales process.

  • Stay up to date with the property market, to be able to implement new ideas.

  • Be responsible for your pipeline and prepare reports on sales performance, and conversion rates for management to assess.

  • Following up on all sales enquiries



Requirements:



We are looking for someone who is commercially minded with a proven track record of achieving targets.




  • You will need to have a personable approach to be able to successfully communicate with new and exciting customers.�

  • Ability to negotiate effectively.

  • Experience building and maintaining good working relationships with clients and other parties.

  • You must be a Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proactive and hands-on approach to generating new leads.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

  • IT Literacy is essential (experience using relevant sales tools would be desirable).

  • Understanding the sales process is essential.

  • Experience in the property market is an advantage but not essential
