Job Title: Sales/Business Development Executive



Salary: £35,000 + Bonus



Location: Leamington Spa



The Role:



The Sales/Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in actively seeking opportunities to expand consultancy and sub-contracting divisions, along with promoting forthcoming product lines.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Conduct thorough research to pinpoint potential business leads, initiate contact via email and telephone, and diligently pursue leads to convert them into sales.

  • Prepare quotations, promptly respond to email or telephone inquiries, and meticulously maintain detailed records in the company's CRM database, utilizing various Microsoft Office software tools.

  • Cultivate robust relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and end-users, providing technical sales support as the product manufacturer.

  • Offer valuable insights on customer trends to the management team and external suppliers to ensure alignment of product development with market demands.

  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, demonstrating a readiness to travel globally to engage with clients and facilitate the entire sales process.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in selling consultancy services, as well as sub-contracting services for grinding machines, small-batch production, and other motor manufacturing projects.

  • Effectively promote existing products - low-pressure blowers for wastewater aeration and industrial applications such as pneumatic conveying and fermentation.



Qualifications and Experience:




  • Proven ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision.

  • Previous experience in sales and sales administration within a target-driven environment.

  • Self-motivated and focused, with the capability to lead and coordinate activities within the designated market sector.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot and Microsoft Office packages).
