In this multifaceted position, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our revenue and analytics systems, particularly Salesforce, with our business strategies, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic growth. Your responsibilities include converting business goals into practical tasks within the Salesforce structure, emphasizing the importance of understanding the 'Why' behind decisions. We are looking for someone who lives in the details of our system and data architecture but can also zoom out to translate business implications.This role also offers the opportunity to build revenue processes and our data infrastructure from the ground up. While we have some key components, we are looking for someone to support us as we build a data operations infrastructure that can support CoreView's growing scale. This means, integrating all revenue tools into our Databricks Lakehouse, creating standardized data transformation rules, and consolidating reporting/analytics for every business function. Your passion for leveraging analytics tools, such as Power BI and Salesforce (SFDC), will be crucial in enhancing sales strategies and optimizing our sales cycle.Responsibilities:Collaborate with various business partners to translate their objectives into Salesforce solutions.Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation across our revenue stack.Align Salesforce capabilities with overall business strategy using a strategic mindset.Work collaboratively with sales teams to enhance Salesforce support for the sales buying journey.Own system integrations and data flow operations in partnership with RevOps.Utilize Power BI, Salesforce, and other analytics tools to analyze large datasets for meaningful insights.Develop visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate key performance metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies for sales process efficiency.Provide regular reports and updates to leadership, highlighting successes and areas requiring attention.Utilize predictive modeling and analytics to forecast sales trends for proactive decision-making.Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data within Salesforce through data governance best practices.Configure and maintain user profiles, roles, permissions, and custom objects for system optimization.Design and implement automation processes using workflows, process builder, and Flow.ExperienceProven experience as a Salesforce System Administrator with a focus on system optimization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.Hands-on experience in system configuration, data management, and user support.Experience in sales analytics within the software industry.Excellent communication skills for conveying complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with modern cloud data warehouse systems.Strong understanding of data management best practices within and outside of the Salesforce environment.Knowledge of development tools and processes for formulating use cases and designing project requirements.Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills in a fast-paced atmosphere.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications.Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, with effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesRequired Qualifications:SFDC Admin certificationMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce System AdministratorMinimum of 3 years of cumulative administrator and analyst experienceExpertise with Sales Cloud and standard SaaS Revenue Tool StackExperience in Power BI (or equivalent Tableau / Looker / Einstein experience)Nice to HaveExperience with Databricks Lakehouse or equivalent warehousing and data lake infrastructureExperience with dbt, data transformation, and ETL / Reverse ETL solutions (ex; Fivetran and Census)Salesforce Developer or Architect certificationsBusiness Analyst certificationKnowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and tools like Jira and Confluence.Additional NotesAll applicants will be required to take a pre-employment assessment for consideration.CoreView is an Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength that diversity brings to the workplace.
