Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Trainee Sales Advisor to join their team in the Cotswolds region. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills and a keen interest in the housebuilding and property market. While previous sales experience is beneficial, it is not essential as comprehensive training and development will be provided. The successful candidate will learn to sell our clients products in line with company guidelines, primarily through on-the-job experience at various site developments across the Cotswolds.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales in accordance with established systems, procedures, and controls.
Present site developments to an excellent standard, showcasing the house builders offerings.
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire buying process.
Engage in negotiations with customers to achieve sales targets.
About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess enthusiasm for the housebuilding and property market, coupled with a genuine interest in sales psychology. While no prior sales experience is necessary, candidates should demonstrate a passion for customer-focused sales roles and a willingness to learn. Strong interpersonal skills, including exceptional verbal and listening communication abilities, are essential. The ability to work within established procedures and guidelines, coupled with a desire to learn product information, is highly valued.
