Sales Assistant

We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Customer Services sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Assistant to work for a leading luxury brand. The role holder will provide world class assistance to prospective customers.The role will involve working 5 days per week covering Monday to Sundays on a rotation basis, and there will be two shifts: 9:30am - 6:00pm and 12:30pm - 9:00pm.Sales Assistant's Core DutiesManage and screen incoming calls, and forward them on appropriatelyPresent the products to potential customersSupport in the organisation of customer events and launchesProvide logistical and administrative supportBe professional and courteous at all timesOversee the tidiness and cleanliness of the studioSales Assistant's Skills RequiredEducated to A-level standard (preferable)Experience working with premium brands; luxury retail, high end catering or hotelsExperience in face-to-face customer care and premium hospitalityGood team working experienceOutstanding communications and interpersonal skillsConfident and polished speakerAbility to multi-taskDriving licence (class B)Ability to work 5 days per week covering Monday to Sundays on a rotation basisAre you enthusiastic about the Sales Assistant's job?
