To
work with the Store Manager,
staff
and volunteer team to
engag
e
support for FNHC from the local community,
maximise sales and profit,
encourage stock donations
and actively promote Gift Aid and the Hospice Lottery.
You will have responsibility for:

retail
offer
for the local community
.
Assist in achieving agreed income targets – sales, Gift Aid and Hospice Lottery.
Help to promote a happy and productive working environment for the volunteers.
Help to m
aximise sales
through effective stock management, pricing,
display
and merchandising
. The role involves significant levels of stock handling.
About You
Experience of
working with a
team in charity or
large-format
retail.
Experience of working in a
customer facing
environment.
Ability
to work positively with people of all abilities
.
Highly motivated
and driven with
a keen interest in donated product
.
This role will involve a significant
level of stock management.
Applicants for this role need to be
aged 18 or over.
The role involves working with volunteers, and
in order to
adhere to our safeguarding policies, all staff employed in FNHC Shops need be over 18
.
